Senior Management Team

Jason Dubroy

Jason Dubroy

VP, Managing Director

Jason is one of North America’s most recognized omnichannel, retail, and shopper marketing experts. He’s the founder of the Canadian Shopper Marketing Forum Conference. He’s also a nationally recognized speaker on omnichannel insight, shopper & retail marketing, consumer purchase behaviour, and the future of retail.

He provides retail analysis for CTV News, and has been frequently quoted in The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star, Strategy Magazine, Marketing Magazine, Canadian Grocer, and Retail Online Integration Magazine. He also recently won an agency wide hot-sauce-eating competition. Challenge him for the title if you’re feeling brave.

Amy Mateer

Amy Mateer

VP, Client Service

Amy brings a world of experience to TracyLocke, having worked across multiple disciplines all around the globe. Coincidentally, she also holds a degree in geography.

Amy’s first job out of university was client-side, but she learned pretty quickly that she was cut out for agency life. She’s worked in qualitative analysis, where she learned how to deep-dive for insights. She escaped to London for five years, working on global shopper toolkits and shopper-based design, before finally returning to Canada and landing at TracyLocke.

From market stalls in Asia and Africa, to premium malls in Singapore, to kiosks in St. Petersburg, she’s toured them all. But she’s still a die-hard for British spelling.

Craig Jenkins

Craig Jenkins

Creative Director

Craig has helped TracyLocke grow since its inception as ShopperDDB. Part creative, part strategist, he’s a marketing double threat with a passion for creative strategy and solid integrated programs.

Craig brings over 15 years of experience through all aspects of marketing including digital, social, brand strategy, experiential, shopper, and fully integrated programs for top-tier brands.   A natural-born ad man, you might not guess he spent nine years as a “volunteer” bartender in Whistler, serving up drinks in exchange for tips and a free lift pass.

Jesse Gilbert

Jesse Gilbert

Director of Strategy and Innovation

With a background in brand strategy and integrated channel planning, Jesse has always had a keen interest in all stages of his target’s consumer journey. As our director of strategy and innovation, he’s been a driving force behind the agency’s retail technology, e-commerce and innovative practices. Jesse works closely with our creative teams, agency partners, and vendors to develop programs that reinforce product relevance and drive purchase.

Jesse’s other great passion (second only to retail strategy) is the high-stakes, fast-paced world of carnival games. He boasts over 15 years’ experience working at some of North America’s largest fairs. He swears the games aren’t rigged.
